CrossFit
CrossFit is a training and conditioning program that builds bodies capable of anything. The workouts are functional, challenging, varied, fun and never boring. We do not specialize in any one particular thing, but rather prepare people not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. CrossFit focuses on 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
Mass class
Mass Class is a barbell-focused class for all levels of athlete from beginner to veteran. This class will focus on barbell technique. The goal is to create comfort with the barbell, but also to build strength and proper form.

Do your own thing? No problem. Come on in and work on whatever you want.
