CrossFit is a training and conditioning program that builds bodies capable of anything. The workouts are functional, challenging, varied, fun and never boring. We do not specialize in any one particular thing, but rather prepare people not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. CrossFit focuses on 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy.
Our BootFit program is designed to push your individual limits and get you into the best shape of your life. During each class you will be focusing on aerobic, anaerobic and strength training. It is body-weight, cardio, and light-weight movements in a non-intimidating and very encouraging environment. However, all of our classes are built on CrossFit principles of training, a method that maximizes everyone's potential regardless of fitness level, and keeps exercise fun and exciting.
