High-intensity, constantly varied group exercise. Routine is the enemy! The workouts are engaging and change daily to keep workouts from becoming mundane. The goal is to develop a well-rounded athlete who is strong, powerful, agile, and has a high capacity for endurance workouts.

This is 1-on-1 training with a certified professional. We focus on the fundamentals of CrossFit while catering to the needs of the individual athlete.
