CrossFit is the pursuit of elite fitness in a small group. We combine calisthenics, running, weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing and more. Service men and women, firefighters, police officers, soccer moms and grandmothers have improved the quality of their lives with CrossFit. Our coaches are highly-skilled, safety-minded Crossfitters that are also FUN! All of our classes run for 60 minutes, you can expect to keep moving for the majority of the class time. For the entire session, our instructors will be there to motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, and form new friendships with your fellow classmates.
