In just a month, I can see AND FEEL a huge difference.  I no longer have the chronic hip, knee a

How Did I Ever do Anything Else? I grew up in a small town where my family lived for sports.  We were either in the gym or at the field most every evening and weekend.  I typically lifted weights or worked out before school.  During the summer I lived on the back of a hay wagon, so I stayed in pretty good shape.  After my freshman year of college it went downhill from there; I tried to work out but could never get a good routine.  After college I would run from time to time, but again with little kids and a busy work schedule I could never get into a routine. I am 48 years old and several Presidents past the last time I was "in shape". This past September I had just finished a year of personal training at Gold's Gym where, after several months of exciting weight loss and strength gains, I had hit a wall over the last few. No more weight was coming off (and there was plenty for the taking). I needed a change, a new challenge. I walked into Crossfit Landrush, met the owners, Summer and Dan Trent, and haven't looked back. Summer and Dan are knowledgable, firm coaches who also happen to be two of the most welcoming and friendly people I've known. I walked into their

I've dropped in twice from out of town and def the best experience for a drop in I have had! Not only are the owners welcoming but so are the other members of the box. Their programming is great and you will get a good workout. Dan is very knowledgeable and is willing to take the time to show you the movements and help you understand them. Will be dropping in every time I can!
